They had to do that? I feel like I’m the only moron on the planet defending them (like in this post), and then they have to send that. I feel abused.


  1. Exactly at what segment of consumers are they aiming this sort of advertising? I have an idea and, for some reason, I’m thinking I’d feel a little uncomfortable flying with that segment.
