British to Lift Ridiculous Liquid Ban on Flights

Mar 12th, 2009 | By Jared Blank

Good news for fans of rational thinking:  the British government will lift the crazy ban on liquids over 100 ml some time later this year.  New technology will allow x-ray machines to do a better job handling liquids, allowing you to bring water through the airport without being made to feel like an Al Qaeda member.

The US will likely follow suit in 2083.
