US Airways to Reimburse Crash Passengers $5,000 and (since I was wondering) Airfare

US Airways will give passengers on flight 1549 $5,000 each to cover the cost of their stuff. The airline told the passengers that because of the investigation it could be months before they get to see all their crap again.

And I was wondering about this: the airline is also reimbursing passengers the airfare they paid (I will assume they will not be charging a change fee).
