At least it was a dog and not <a href="http://www.wanderingaramean.com/2008/06/fauna-delays-strike-delhi.html" rel="nofollow">jackals</a> on the runway this time. The runways don't flood, so the animals seek refuge. Can't say I blame them, except for the bit about the big airplanes that can kill them.
