Air Traffic Controllers in Tel Aviv Strike (for a few hours)

Air traffic controllers in Tel Aviv went on strike for a few hours this morning, shutting down the airport.  They were upset about a report that found them at fault for a near-collision between two aircraft at the airport back in September.
