American Airlines has $78 and $98 round trip flights every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday through mid-November from Ft. Lauderdale and Miami to a bunch of Caribbean islands, as well as Nicaragua, Honduras, Costa Rica, and Guatemala. Oh, and they’re throwing in triple miles as well. Hurry, you only have until June 20 to book.
