Passenger Bill of Rights? Be Careful What You Wish For

I’m not really in agreement with him, but Patrick Smith’s Ask The Pilot column at Salon this week suggests that we all may be worse off if a passenger bill of rights is implemented. It’s worth a read because after he wrote a great column last week about why the JetBlue situation happened, his readers went nuts. In turn, he gets kinda pissed. Fun stuff.
