Something like &quot;don&#039;t directly compare your product to a competitor&#039;s unless it&#039;s REALLY superior.&quot;  I&#039;m generally not a fan of &quot;bitchy press releases,&quot; but I think AirTran&#039;s is both justified and brilliant in this case.</description>
