You may have noticed that during the recent airline financial woes, that hourly workers seem to have been hit disproportionately. Well, British Airways has put an end to that. The airline announced yesterday that it is eliminating half of its senior managers who, on average, make about $150,000 a year. The airline added that it would also eliminate 1/3 of its middle management positions. Ryanair has taken its toll over in Britain.
