Mobile Phone Causes Plane to Land at Wrong Airport?

Here’s an odd one:  A Wings Air flight from Jakarta to Padang in Indonesia landed at the wrong airport on Monday.  Here’s the strange part: an airport spokesman blames the incident on a passenger using a mobile phone while the plane was landing.  No, I don’t get it either.
