America West to Add Hawaii
Jul 12th, 2005 | By Jared BlankIn a move that had already been hinted at, America West announced that it will begin service from Phoenix to four cities in Hawaii beginning in December. It will add additional service from Las Vegas to Maui next year. All of the flights will be served by a 757.
