Passenger Sues Alitalia Over Legroom

A passenger who paid $8,000 to upgrade his family on an Alitalia flight from Miami to Milan, and onward to Tel Aviv, sued the airline because the legroom on the second leg of the trip was not to his satisfaction.  Good stuff.  The judge in the case ordered the passenger and Alitalia to mediate the dispute.
