Independence Air Baggage Guarantee
May 3rd, 2005 | By Jared BlankIndependence Air is making a pretty bold guarantee: Your luggage will arrive with you, or they’ll give you a credit for a future flight for the value of the flight where the bag was delayed (that’s a terrible sentence, I know, but I’m too lazy to fix). While Independence Air typically doesn’t offer connections, so lost baggage is less of a problem than it is for network carriers, this is still a pretty nice guarantee. It won’t win them any business, but it’s nice nonetheless.
