Jetsgo Shuts Down

Mar 14th, 2005 | By Jared Blank

Canadian lowfare carrier JetsGo, which had just had its safety questioned by the government, shut down without warning on Friday, stranding 17,000 people all over the place.  The airline was headed by Michel Leblanc, who was also involved in Canada 3000, a lowfare carrier that shut down without warning in 2001.  Expect a giant sigh of relief from Air Canada.
