Continental Under Investigation for Concorde Crash

The French government has formally placed Continental Airlines under investigation for its role in the 2000 Concorde crash.  You may remember that a piece of a Continental DC-10 on the runway was struck by the Concorde, bursting a tire and causing the fire the brought down the aircraft.  Continental has not been charged with a crime for the incident, but this announcement signals the beginning of a formal investigation.
