New Low Fare Airline to Europe

Atlantic Express, a new low-fare carrier, has asked the government for approval to fly 757s from JFK to several airports in Europe. Call me crazy, but aren’t all airlines flying to Europe "low fare?" How much lower fare is there than $199 round trip to London?
