Delta Needs Your Help
Oct 13th, 2004 | By Jared BlankI’m not sure why I find this so odd, but I do: Delta is asking passengers to write letters to the Department of Transportation asking them to award a new China route to the Atlanta-based carrier. Certainly people have every right to write a letter to the government, but there’s something smacking of desperation in asking your customers to do it.
