Now For Something Nice about Continental

Jun 24th, 2004 | By Jared Blank

Continental has lowered 7-day advanced purchase business fares between its Newark, Cleveland and Houston hubs and California cities to $399 each way in coach and $499 each way up front. Continental has been loathe to match the onslaught of transcon low fares, continuing to charge more than $2000 for a midweek r/t. Until yesterday, that is, when it joined the rest of the world in lowering their fares to California. Bravo.
