Cuba Travel Restrictions Tightened

The US government has further tightened restrictions on travel to Cuba by eliminating the rule permitting once-a-year travel to Cuba for family visits. The Cuba travel policy is a complete and utter joke—in case no one has noticed, the restrictions have not led to Castro’s removal. It’s been more than 40 years of an ineffective policy—at what point will we admit we’ve been completely unsuccessful?
