United Bails on Miami

Jan 23rd, 2004 | By Jared Blank

Very, very slow airline news day today.

United announced that it will be dropping two Latin American routes from Miami (Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo) after American announced yesterday that it will be bolstering its Latin American operations from Miami. Not that interesting, but that’s all I got.

Oh wait, no, that’s not all. Frontier said that they’ll cap one-way tickets at $299 each way to better compete with TED. That’s really all I got.
