Well Done, AirTran

Dec 19th, 2003 | By Jared Blank

A big shout out for AirTran, which recently changed the rules on its website to allow for penalty-free changes up to four hours after making a booking. As I’ve probably mentioned in every single airline client meeting, a major reason consumers book offline is because they are afraid of making a mistake during an online booking. This new rule gives consumers a little more security when booking online. Bravo.
